Lately I’ve been paying closer attention to the small shifts happening inside me, the quiet ways I’m changing, reflecting, unlearning, and relearning. Some days I feel proud of who I’m becoming; other days I feel uncertain or frustrated. I’m realizing both are part of the same honest journey. Growth isn’t a straight line, and self-reflection isn’t meant to be a performance of perfection. It’s an invitation to look at myself with curiosity instead of criticism. And part of that curiosity is letting myself try new things simply because they call to me. This week, that looked like saying yes to a spontaneous nose piercing! A little something I didn’t plan, but absolutely love. It reminded me that stepping outside my comfort zone doesn’t have to be dramatic or life‑altering; sometimes it’s just giving myself permission to follow a spark. So I’m committing to noticing myself honestly, embracing the unexpected, and allowing room for the parts of me that are still in the process of unfolding.
I invite you to do the same.
